Welcome to our website, we are a small, family involved TICA registered Ragdoll Cattery, some are also CFA registered as well, and we are located near Salisbury, Maryland. Our animals are all raised with love in a big household full of dogs, cats, rabbits and yes, we also have humans here! While we have always had and loved cats, we finally had the opportunity to start breeding Ragdolls, they are truly a fun breed. Some claim they are hypoallergenic, some say they are the very best therapy animals, and some just want to snuggle and cuddle with them. I would say they are all pretty good descriptions, they are not hypoallergenic but some say they are definitely easier on their allergies (they are not double coated and they are definitely easier on my allergies)! Ours love to snuggle with anyone, everyone who walks in gets to love on them, even if they think they aren't a cat person!
We do NOT approve of declawing your kitten/cat and there is a clause in our contract that your contract is null and void if you do so.
Our kittens (and retirees) leave here after being spayed/neutered. It makes it easier and less costly for you in many ways. They have a very quick recovery here after surgery where I can monitor them and less stress being with siblings and mom. Young kittens never have to go through the hormonal mess and you do not end up with a spraying and calling kitten! Surgeries are expensive and the longer you wait, the harder it is on them.
Our parents are all health/color tested and are -/- for HCM and PKD1. A three year genetic health guarantee is included in their contract against genetic diseases. All of our cats are negative for FIV/FeLV here. We also include free 30 day Trupanion health insurance coverage to get started! We offer a discount on multiples or when you decide you'd like another. We also give a $50 incentive for any referrals that wind up getting a kitten from us for those who refer a great kitten home to us! Our military and veterans are appreciated, please ask about that discount if you have a valid military ID.
Ragdolls are typically very social cats, they do NOT like being left alone or by themselves, it is always recommended that if you are bringing home a kitten that they have a friend in their new home or you are getting two at the same time. Stress can be a HUGE issue for kittens when going to a new home.
Our kittens leave here with the following:
-a written contract
-at least two FVRCP vaccines (preferably all three)
-being spayed (female) or neutered (male)
-Revolution is applied
-dewormed
-microchipped
-a 3 year genetic health guarantee in the contract for congenital genetic disorders
-lifetime support
-gift bag with a bag of Royal Canin kitten food as well as canned foods, I also have an email sent with a discount for their food, it is a huge benefit to get on their autoship! (I autoship everything, lol)
-copies of the parents genetics screening/pedigrees if requested
-you may wish to have a copy of the pedigree, which I can order for you through TICA once you set up an account and name your kitten. I can do that for you, feel free to ask!( I can make copies of the parents pedigrees for you at no charge)
-in your take home bag, I give dry and wet foods to get you started, some toys (I realize it's fun to shop for them so I try not to go overboard), a wand, and other goodies
-a free 30 day insurance plan from Trupanion
-your TICA registration paperwork
-my contact info so that you always have my information

A Ragdoll will be your best friend, this is not a breed who will alert you to any intruders as everyone will be their friend, even if they don't like cats :)
The Ragdoll Breed was developed by a breeder named Ann Baker in the 1960's in Riverside, California. It appears they are a combination of breeds.
The Daytons took over as Ann became a bit more eccentric and developed the Ragdoll for what it is today. There are several bizarre stories about how she came to breed this wonderful breed, none appear to be 100% accurate.
One thing is true, this floppy cat is very affectionate, calm, and easy going, kittens are typical kittens but they will definitely calm down and snuggle easily! I've often said they are dogs in a cat costume. Very playful and loving breed known for their piercing blue eyes and beautiful fluffy coats which are easily cared for.
The Minks, Sepias, and Solids are Ragdolls with a different coat and rarely have blue eyes but they do have the Ragdoll temperament and the Ragdoll confirmation (they should). They are also registered with TICA.
